Southern CA has been nice and sunny. Lovely.

Not a fan of fast food,

but In-n-Out Burger is an exception.

China Garden

Dim Sum at China Garden in Irvine.

Go early or way late to avoid the wait.
But don't be too late, Dim Sum ends at 2:30.

Ding's Garden

For great noodles, dumplings & pig's ear

visit Ding's Garden in Rowland Heights.

Great way to fill an empty stomach after snowboarding.

More rain=more snow at our local mountains.

Although the snow & weather was better last time,

it was still an enjoyable day of snowboarding.

Gonpachi Beverly Hills

is a relatively new restaurant on La Cienega.

The garden, interior and design is impressive.

Food is good too.

I recommend their Soba & Sumiyaki.

Much modern than the old one,

which is just one plaza away.

Thanks to the big storm in southern CA,

even our local mountains got a lot of snow.

Mountain High. Fresh powder.
