Sushi Shibucho in Costa Mesa
is a traditional Sushi Bar that is family operated.
Out of the fresh selection of fish,
the Uni (Sea Urchin) was especially delicious.

Aji (Spanish Mackeral) & Uni (Sea Urchin)are probably my top two favorites.
Tamago (Egg Omelet).
